LAPD Use-Of-Force Expert In Chauvin Trial Says He Did Not Perceive Onlookers To Be A Threat
Jody Stiger, a Los Angeles Police Department sergeant serving as a prosecution use-of-force expert, said that he did not perceive the crowd of onlookers as “threatening.” Derek Chauvin’s legal team has argued that the bystanders who observed Chauvin restrain George Floyd were “angry” and distracted officers from assessing Floyd’s condition. How Trump’s sons could PROFIT from a TRILLION DOLLAR Pentagon budget
A new MS NOW investigation is taking a closer look at President Trump’s two eldest sons and some of the investments they’ve made since their father began his second term in office. Neither Eric nor Donald Trump Jr. hold official roles in their father’s administration, but they are linked to investments in at least 10 defense firms that have drawn some $3.7-billion dollars in federal funding since President Trump returned to the White House. MS NOW White House reporter Akayla Gardner joins Morning Joe to break down her reporting.

‘Drain the swamp’ takes on a new meaning at the Reflecting Pool
“Drain the swamp” is taking on a new meaning as President Trump took to Truth Social to say (with no verification) that “vandals” took a knife or other sharp object to the reflection pool and made a 250-foot gash in its surface. Yet, listen to what he said back in May: that the pool will last 50 years.

Vance, GOP push FALSE voter fraud claims as Trump targets mail-in voting
Vice President JD Vance repeated false voter fraud accusations during an appearance on Bill Maher’s show Friday. Vance made the claim while dodging a question from Maher about Trump and Republicans appearing to lean towards blaming “cheating” if the GOP loses a race. The Morning Joe panel discusses Vance’s comments and the larger issue of Republicans and false claims of voter fraud, as well as Trump’s executive Order threatening to end wide-scale mail-in voting, despite Trump himself previously voting by mail.
