Secret Service officers say they shot and killed a man after he opened fire on them at a security checkpoint outside the White House. During the shooting, a bystander was also struck by gunfire. A live look at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C., which has turned into a complete mess. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, leader of the Labour Party, announced his resignation Monday morning in front of cameras outside of 10 Downing Street, London.
