President Donald Trump said he would put an additional 10% tariff on any country aligning themselves with “the Anti-American policies of BRICS,” injecting further uncertainty into global trade as the US continues to negotiate levies with many trading partners.

President Donald Trump derided Elon Musk’s announcement that the Tesla and SpaceX chief executive officer is starting a new political party, saying the US has “always been a two-party system.”

“Third parties have never worked, so he can have fun with it, but I think it’s ridiculous,” Trump told reporters on Sunday.

Bulgaria Election: Rumen Radev Extends Lead Ahead of Vote

An opinion poll shows former Bulgarian President Rumen Radev extended his lead before Sunday’s snap parliamentary election. His party, Progressive Bulgaria, has the backing of 30.8% of decided voters, according to survey by the Market Links pollster and the private bTV channel. Radev resigned from the presidency in January in order to enter the election. He has often criticized the European Union and urged the bloc to restore its ties to Russia. Bloomberg TV Bulgaria’s Georgi Mesrobovich reports.
