Published

Attorney General Todd Blanche is leaving open the possibility that the Justice Department could block states from certifying votes in the midterm elections. Blanche warned reporters Thursday of a hypothetical “doomsday scenario” in which the DOJ could block the certification of votes. Blanche said earlier this month that the DOJ plans to send 1,000 election monitors to polling places in every state on Election Day. Fallon Gallagher, legal affairs reporter for MS NOW, joins Way Too Early with analysis.
