Trump asks SCOTUS to revive targeted ICE arrests in California
In July, a federal judge barred the Trump administration from arresting suspected undocumented immigrants based solely on factors such as race, ethnicity, language, and type of employment. The administration is now asking the Supreme Court to overturn that ruling and permit officers to resume those practices in Southern California.
