Trump’s Argentina beef plan angers U.S. farmers, some GOP
American cattle ranchers and agricultural groups are voicing strong opposition to President Trump’s plan to increase beef imports from Argentina as a way to lower beef prices in the U.S. MSNBC Correspondent Rosa Flores spoke with cattle ranchers in Nebraska and MSNBC Correspondent David Noriega reports from a ranch in Argentina.

Jim VandeHei, co-founder and CEO of Axios, tells Morning Joe that President Donald Trump’s extensive weekend social media activity is a sign the president “feels trapped right now.” That’s because, VandeHei says, despite Trump’s grip on the Republican Party, he’s faced with various issues he can’t control, such as the the wars in Iran, Gaza and Ukraine or the courts — one of which just ruled Trump’s name must be removed from the Kennedy Center.
