Two dead, eight critically injured, suspect not in custody, Providence mayor says
BREAKING: Two people were killed and eight are in critical but stable condition after a shooter opened fire at Brown University on Saturday afternoon, according to Providence Mayor Brett Smiley.
There is no suspect in custody and a shelter-in-place remains in effect for the campus area, the mayor said.
