Step inside Genny’s continuing story of sophistication and strength – tune in to FashionTV!

Choosing to stand as the face of a fashion house for three consecutive seasons signifies a rare and genuine artistic affinity. For the fall/winter 2026-2027 campaign, Italian maison Genny renewed its creative partnership with Nicola Peltz Beckham, deepening a dialogue built on trust, elegance, and a shared vision of modern womanhood.

The collaboration stems from an authentic connection to the brand’s core values. As an international, free, and self-aware presence, Peltz naturally interprets the sophisticated language that defines Genny.

For Creative Director Sara Cavazza Facchini, Peltz embodies a timeless femininity that transcends geographic boundaries and fleeting trends – balancing strength with delicacy, and authenticity with high glamour. Rather than treating each season as a standalone advertisement, the Maison views this partnership as an evolving narrative.

As Cavazza highlights, the collaboration builds a lasting story through Peltz’s natural sensitivity and global dimension.
The 26-27 campaign opens a compelling new chapter, reinforcing Genny’s dedication to long-term creative relationships that strengthen a distinct and recognizable identity.

Erdem: Gender, Illusion, & the Legacy of Barbette for S/S 27 | London Fashion Week

Published

on

1920s Paris, avant-garde illusion, and fluid elegance – explore Erdem S/S 27 on FashionTV!

For spring/summer 2027, Erdem Moralioglu draws inspiration from the legendary 1920s American aerialist Barbette – born Vander Clyde Broadway – whose high-wire trapeze acts in Paris captivated Jean Cocteau and the French avant-garde.

Barbette’s art lay in the fluid illusion between genders: conjuring ethereal femininity while aloft, only to reveal conscious masculinity at the curtain call, embodying what Cocteau famously described as the “supernatural sex of beauty.” A century later, Erdem translates this suspended world into a striking exploration of transformation.

The collection intentionally pushes and pulls the traditional architecture of masculine tailoring and feminine couture. Structured sartorial lines dissolve into delicate drapery, while tense, luminous silhouettes honor the fluid space between identities.

Proving that beauty needs no resolution, Erdem delivers a deeply poetic S/S 2027 showcase where gender becomes a performance and fashion exists on a high wire of endless possibility.

Dean Lap Chan: Memories Woven into Art for S/S 27 | London Fashion Week

Published

Relive the magic of 80s & 90s Hong Kong – explore Dean Lap Chan’s spring/summer 27 collection on FashionTV!

Hong Kong-born, London-based designer Chan Kai Lap Dean presented “Faded Glory,” the S/S 2027 womenswear collection for his namesake label Dean Lap Chan, during London Fashion Week. Comprising 13 carefully crafted looks, the collection unfolds as a poignant visual poem dedicated to the fleeting nature of youth, urban transformation, and memory, drawing inspiration from a pivotal summer spent in 1980s and 1990s Hong Kong.

Translating deeply personal recollections into wearable art, “Faded Glory” captures the essence of a golden era preserved in time. The collection highlights Chan’s signature Loosing-Embroidery technique alongside faded stripes in dynamic color combinations, reflecting how memories soften and evolve. Retro tailoring, period-specific silhouettes, and classic beauty details balance the vibrant heat of youthful idealism with the subtle elegance of impermanence.

Shot on location at a historic British house and garden – with photography by Fei Sun and a short film by Jess Wishart – the campaign setting provides an evocative backdrop for a narrative rooted in hope, proving that while eras shift, the warmth of the past continues to illuminate the path forward.
