The Supreme Court has struck down a Hawaii law that prohibited the carry of handguns on private property open to the public unless the property owner gives explicit permission.

The decision means that law-abiding gun owners can carry firearms onto privately owned property like shopping malls and gas stations unless the owners specifically say guns are banned at their establishments.

Ukraine said on Tuesday it hit one of Russia’s largest satellite communication centers for the second time in just over a week, as Kyiv ramps up long-range drone attacks to pressure the Kremlin to end its four-year-old war.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov slammed Kyiv for the attack in the Moscow region, telling journalists on Tuesday that “civilians are suffering, children are dying.”
