Published

New polling from Fox News shows Americans trust Democrats more to handle key issues. According to the poll, voters surveyed said Democrats are doing a better job on income inequality, healthcare, inflation, the economy, and foreign policy. This comes as President Trump continues to mock Democrats for focusing on the affordability issues affecting scores of Americans and make baseless claims about election interference, all while there is no end in sight for the war in Iran. Police fusion centers are intelligence hubs created after 9/11 to share information among local police, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and other federal agencies. Brennan Center’s Faiz Patel says fusion centers started as a counterterrorism tool, but moved to a broader purpose. They “have access to broader pools of information at the same time, very few rules governing how that information is used.”
