Macro Today… Here is not a normal inflation….The middle class is disappearing fast…They are heavily in debt, for a long time now… Is the energy inflation, in which will destroy any economy, and will challenge the core of the globalized economic system….

i have discovered the nature of money that would provoke the gold and cryptocurrencies market crash. If you buy put options on gold and with your influence make my theory on money known you would become rich. Being everything else to the same imagine a country with a baker, a fishmonger and a singer with no gold and another with a baker, a fishmonger and a guard to protect gold inside a vault. Which one lives better? Which one is wealthier? The country with no gold is wealthier because the baker and fishmonger get entertained by the singer for their money but the country with gold have to work to pay the guard to protect a mineral that offers no wellbeing or wealth because is useless inside a vault. An analogy would be an innocent kid after saving his pocket money buys a bicycle and his father tells him that he can store the bicycle in a garage unused to sell it in the future, but the rent would cost him some of his pocket money or he can use and enjoy the bicycle. Which option would the kid choose? There is not benefit in buying to sell because no value is added. Do you understand? The gold becomes wealth when is used, sparing the cost of protection. Because gold is increasingly more expensive to dig out as there is less underground and is increasingly cheaper as there is more on offer overground there would be a point when nobody would be mining the mineral. How much cost the taxpayers to protect gold? Cryptocurrencies are a number but money is transferable debt, a number and a name. Who would sell last, capitalist or communist? Humanity is throwing fortunes to the rubbish bin protecting a mineral valuable for its usefulness in jewellery and manufacturing. Giving gold for goods and services is barter. Humanity is buying and selling, moving gold stupidly from one vault to another paying the cost of transportation and protection because don’t understand money and pays for scarcity instead of usefulness. Would an innocent kid exchange what £46,891 can buy for 1 kilo of gold? (price on 19/3/2022). The gold market is a bubble

Russia is in bed with China.. chinese stocks…SELL, SELL, SELL!! Don't be a traitor to the U.S. It's blood money. companies must share their profits with the communist party.

.China's covid today is worse than in 2020.

Just like in 2020, covid starts in China and will spread all over the world.

With Biden in charge instead of Trump, there will be a 100% lockdown sooner.

Covid in China is worse than in 2020. UK has a covid spike. FAAMG are the safe covid stocks.

Alibaba and Tencent layoff 20%, they must be having financial trouble which doesn't match their financial statements; the world has shortages so you'd think they'd hire more people to make products instead of laying off workers.

Don't give America's enemies the time of the day let alone your money.

All Biden has to do is ramp up student loan payments and poof, there goes consumers “very strong” balance sheets and a “strong” economy. When people work and don’t have to pay loans or debt and can consume, they’ll work for that. People don’t want to work for some student loans that didn’t get them a degree or one they don’t even use. Avg student loan payment is $450-$500 a month.

Lawrence Summers is spot on. Fed needs to raise rates much higher to truly combat inflation. Because this inflation is not solely through workforce “productivity” it’s mainly from QE.

TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. More emphasis should be put into day tradiing as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have made over 12 BTC from day tradng with Ramondroy, insights and signals in less than 2 weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish…

Trump Ally Says Fed Should Hold Rates Steady

Published

on

Former Trump Senior Economic adviser Stephen Moore is on Bloomberg This Weekend and says inflation remains too high for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates, breaking with President Donald Trump’s repeated calls for lower borrowing costs and arguing the central bank should hold rates steady for now. Moore also warned hosts Christina Ruffini and Bailey Lipschultz that elevated oil prices and the escalating US Canada trade fight pose risks to the economy and Republicans heading into the midterm elections.

What to Know About Trump’s Sweeping New Tariffs

Published

on

The US extended a 10% tariff baseline hitting most major trading partners, prompting pushback from countries around the world. #trump #politics #news #usa

The US Trade Representative’s office laid out how it will collect duties of 10% to 12.5% on imports from almost 60 countries and the European Union, effective Friday.

The rationale was that the targeted economies failed to prevent forced labor in their supply chains, according to the US Trade Representative’s office.

Hormuz Oil Flows Recover as Supply Fears Ease | Horizons Middle East & Africa 8/28/2026

Published

on

Oil markets focus on the recovery of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz as flows begin to improve and concerns over supply disruptions ease. Goldman Sachs estimates Gulf oil exports remain below pre-war levels, while total flows recover toward 15 to 16 million barrels a day. The US says sea mines have been cleared from Hormuz.
Qatar and Iran discuss the possibility of restarting talks with the US, while Trump rejects returning to the June Iran deal. Rising Hormuz flows are helping reduce fears of a prolonged oil supply squeeze.
Venezuela considers leaving OPEC after nearly six decades of membership as the US weighs opportunities in the country’s oil sector. An exit could have wider implications for OPEC and the global politics of oil.
Markets turn to Jackson Hole, where Fed Chair Warsh is set to deliver his first major speech at the gathering. Fed officials remain divided over the path for interest rates, with Goolsbee calling for evidence that inflation is persistent and Schmid saying higher rates could be appropriate. Investors also assess whether the US midterm elections could influence Fed policy.
Gold has gained sharply this month as investors reassess the rate outlook, while demand for additional gold stockpiles grows in Singapore and Hong Kong. Japan’s two-year bond auction sees its weakest demand measure since 2016, adding to concerns in Asian fixed-income markets.
US-Canada trade tensions remain in focus, with Greer suggesting the US may need to consider restrictions on Canadian goods. Trump also criticizes Canada over trade relations and changes the name of a major lake.
In sports, LIV Golf faces questions over its future as the Saudi-backed circuit confronts funding challenges and uncertainty over its place in professional golf.
Nepal’s flood disaster worsens, with the death toll reaching 469 and more than 1,200 people still missing. Reconstruction could cost billions of dollars as the country assesses the damage.
In Zambia, police build a treason case against an opposition leader arrested shortly after the August 13 election, while inflation falls to an eight-year low. Guests includes Selina Ling, OCBC Chief Economist and Guy Wolf, Marex Global Head of Market Analytics.
