Mississippi Democratic Senate nominee Scott Colom told reporters that he is “very confident” about his chance of winning the tight Mississippi race because provisional ballots tend to favor Democrats. Derek Muller, an elections law professor at Notre Dame, explains the potential legal scenarios if results are disputed in Mississippi or Alaska. Also, CNN’s Audie Cornish and her CNN This Morning panel look at Colom’s surprising success in a deep red state.
