US Adds 254,000 Jobs in Sept., Jobless Rate Fell to 4.1%
The US added 254,000 jobs in September, the most in six months. The estimate was for 150,000. The unemployment rate fell to 4.1% and hourly earnings increased 0.4%, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics’ figures released Friday. Michael McKee has the numbers.
