For summer 2027, Anthony Vaccarello envelops Saint Laurent in a hypnotic, head-to-toe study of a single magical hue: gold. Drawing on Yves Saint Laurent’s legendary love for the shade, Vaccarello explores its transformative power across a vast spectrum, from Byzantine and Renaissance gold to matte, burnished, and Brutalist tones.
House archetypes like sahariennes, trenches, and short suits with sharp shoulders are gilded in luminous brocades, gold-leaf latex, lame, and guipure lace, balancing haute couture craftsmanship with modern, wearable edge.
Complemented by monumental filigree jewelry and sculptural snake heels, the golden spell eventually yields to a poetic close of nimbus-cloud black evening gowns – a haunting final reminder that what passes often leaves the brightest light behind.

Fusing establishment elegance with a subcultural edge, the inaugural collection explores the clash of British life, where school uniforms collide with leather, and parkas veil refined dresses.
Kane draws directly from Mulberry’s Somerset roots and archive codes, translating the iconic angles of the Bayswater bag into crisp style lines across tailoring, coats, and knitwear, while hardware like the Postman’s Lock finds new purpose on belts and footwear.
From abstracted axe motifs symbolizing craft and renewal to the revival of Mulberry’s original 1990s sweatshirt, the collection honors heritage not through nostalgia, but as a living, electric force for the modern wardrobe.

Experience the vibrant spirit of “Revel” – watch the Ahluwalia S/S 27 London Fashion Week runway show now on FashionTV!
Unveiled inside the grand surroundings of Rosewood London during London Fashion Week, Ahluwalia’s spring/summer 2027 collection, titled “Revel”, proposes optimism and togetherness as the most enduring answers in an uncertain age. Creative Director Priya Ahluwalia transformed early research on historical resistance movements into a poignant study of joy as liberation.
Drawing inspiration from unguarded photographs of off-duty Black Panthers, the pan-African spirit of FESTAC ’77, and the incendiary polyrhythms of Fela Kuti alongside Mumbai’s underground rap scene, the collection proves that gathering itself remains a radical, beautiful act. Marking an evolution in design, Ahluwalia’s signature draping shifts outward, claiming space through low-back puffball tops, voluminous dresses, and soft organza layers across both menswear and womenswear.
Protective water-resistant fabrics and 1970s-inspired leather outerwear are balanced by tactile mohair knits, rippling fringe tuxedos, and an instinctive palette drawn from Pan-African art.
Elevating the presentation, the runway featured an extended Ahluwalia x Puma collaboration starring reworked T7 track jackets and primary-colored Speedcat sneakers, alongside hand-strung bead bag charms created with poppi and an immersive, water-inspired wallpaper mural created with Calico Wallpaper.

OMG! What a horrible music!!! who ever think about the musical scoring of this show should be fired! It ruined the divine collection. The music made it like a cheap circus parade! I watched the entire show in a mute mode.

The music was so wrong for this show and that's probably what most people remembered and took from it. Some of the details on the clothing was beautiful but you couldn't focus on that because of the music screaming in your ears when it should have been quiet and serene. Some of the styles were a throwback to another time which made me only think of mothballs you put in your closet to preserve old clothes. Some of the styles were just that drab.

The irritating music reminds me of the religious processions that take place in the South of Italy, especially in Sicily. I think it has been done with this purpose. Also, the more quiet instrumental music reminds me of the Godfather theme. Everything bring me to Sicily: the mosaics, the jewels, the hair and makeup, the music. It's a pity that you have to be italian to understand the connections…

I liked the fashions and thought they were fun. Some were quite elegant and reminded me of Andre Kim’s designs. The selected music, however, seemed incongruous with the style or “art” modeled.
