    I sincerely commend officer Dunn for fighting against horrific odds in the capital. I would like to ask him if he has any thoughts on why some officers committed suicide after the attack? I have been curious about that. Did they feel like somehow they did something wrong?
    I've known police, on the force for 25 years, and never had to fire their weapons in defense of themselves or others.
    Maybe ones who do feel a more haunting memory of having to take a life.
    But I have to believe this was these officers first attack of the capital. So maybe an emotional issue for some, more than others.

    None of these candidates are acceptable, all are still beholden to tRUMP. Turn over the Speaker position to Rep. Jeffries. Quit blaming the failure of the republican controlled House on the Democrats. It's likely that is what tRUMP told them to say.

    In signing that brief in Texas v. Pennsylvania, Emmer was doing what every other Republican who signed on was doing: pandering to the base. Anyone with even a basic understanding of the law could see that the case was likely to fail on the issue of standing. Even a lot of the Trump base would have found that apparent had the case been Pennsylvania v. Texas rather than the other way around.

    Thanks, Jonathan-for-Lawrence. Officer Dunn’s words in the middle of that segment jumped out at me, augmenting my respect and gratitude for his continued, impartial service, with the insightful perspicacity of his assessment: “…a hit-man sent them.” It’s too much neglected by many media outlets. Trumpie’s been Putin’s paid hit-man for a very long time, with his MAGA-Repugnithug sidekicks actively helping.
    However, I think willful “blindness” and votes supporting Trumpie for partisan reasons (power and riches!) render most of the other R-politicians complicit, and that’s even worse. The MAG-Idiots are at least open about it; the co-travelers pretend to independence, but hand in their spines at the doorways, every day. That’s despicable, for all of them know who’s pumping the flow of laundered Rubles into R-Coffers, yet mouth the word “Patriotism,” the Biggest Lie of all!
    One more thing that must not be ignored: my command or Russian has me acutely aware that Vlad Vladimirovitch’s Kremlin helped plan the brutal Hamas Attack, with the aim of destabilizing his opponents (the US foremost among them!), and with Iran as his scapegoat. We must not fall into Putin’s Dezinformatsiya trap, and lash out the wrong way, here or abroad !!!
