The Wall Street Journal has a new two-part feature detailing what it describes as Europe’s ‘rupture’ with the United States following this week’s NATO Summit in Turkey. The Journal reports that President Trump’s tariff’s and threats to take Greenland has sparked a quote, “rebellion” amongst European leaders who are now drawing limits on so-called “flattery diplomacy.” The paper reports many leaders now view autonomy as the long-term goal,. Rather than a temporary measure, adding that even if leadership changes the era of relying on America so heavily had ended. The reporters behind the story join Morning Joe to discuss the ground-breaking revelations.

The Trump administration issued subpoenas on Friday to several journalists for The New York Times, after the paper reported on security concerns involving President Trump’s new Qatari-donated Air Force One. In some cases, the subpoenas were delivered by federal agents who showed up at reporters’ homes. The subpoenas seek to force the reporters to testify before a federal grand jury in Manhattan on Wednesday, and are an extraordinary escalation in President Trump’s efforts to threaten and intimidate independent news organizations. NYT Investigative reporter Michael Schmidt joins Morning Joe with more on this developing story.

What doesn't matter anymore is the friggin phone call…. it's the Fake electors… and those already found "GUILTY"!
THIS whole sad saga is why the United States of America, needs to focus on our own issues and stop trying to be the model of democracy and pushing it for the WORLD'S problems; when we can't get our own ship together!
We are involved in Syria, in Isreal, in Ukraine, in Iraq, etc…. Enough!
In the meantime, we don't have heads selected for our military branches, we don't have a speaker for the house of representatives, we don't have a long-term plan for our budget, we have even less confidence in our supreme court, we have corporate crooks who want to steal even more than what they already have…

Well the only been going out with someone for 4 months, and you have to go through all this, I don't know how any man could think that this is reasonable behavior and special for a State trooper, what I think you're really twisted that you can really be this crazy over someone in 4 months and do all this and then lose your job and be arrested. I don't remember what news show I was watching but there was a rumor that Trump was planning to announce that he won BEFORE the election results were final. Because the lie might seem real because the election votes would be skewed. That would be to the reason that you gave since democrats tend to vote by mail.
