This market sucks and I will never put money in the American markets again. It's filled with losers who graduated from Ivy League colleges and start companies and never make any progress or profits! They should change the name of Wall Street to Skid Row because trusting investment banks and banks in general is a losing prospect and always has been!

So right when the Fed is about to pivot and cut rates in the near term, traders think rates will go higher, more than expected? Lol ok I'll take their money.

I wonder, can the Reddit pull the "Gamestop" on Hedge Funds again, but with the 10 year bonds? 😂

  13. @8088I

    December 19, 2023 at 8:45 pm

Inflation will likely be down to ~
    <= 3% before end of July. . . .
Though, it would be unhealthy for
the Long Run of the system if the
Fed Rate comes Down. 'Ideal' Fed
Rate for the Long Run would be
between 4.5% to 6.5%. We have to
shake off Addiction to Easy Money.
As long as we keep the GDP =>3.+,
then we have a Goldilock Economic
Environment (ie. with the Fed Rate
    between 4.5% and 6.5%}.

  14. @8088I

    December 19, 2023 at 8:45 pm

A pullback by the Fed will galvanize
Moral Hazard with the Market. It will
signal the Fed is always beholden to
the Market, as their primary Benefactor.
Christine Lagarde (ECB) did a good job
delineating the Central Bankers role w.r.t.
the whiny, spoiled, Markets' and Bankers'
    exceptional self(ish)-'Interest,' by sticking
to her guns and raising the rate by 50
basis points, in the face of the Credit Suisse
    debacle, on Thurs., March 16th. … :-))

  15. @8088I

    December 19, 2023 at 8:45 pm

Compared to Historical Average Interest Rates,
the Markets have been Spoiled – like a Rotted child.
