   If he is elected again — he will go all the way to strong man behavior.

   Mr. O'Donnell, while I lack your personal acquaintance with the law and the Supreme Court, as a Baby Boomer I share your feelings. As you say, we used to count on the impartiality of the court whichever party was in the White House. Now, because of one man and his enablers, three of the justices are anything but impartial. They are political activists that will hold sway many years. They have formed a corrupt coalition.

   Thank you, Mr. O'Donnell, for your outstanding work at MSNBC and on your own show. Your analysis of law, politics, and society is by far the most succinct yet eloquent anywhere in television. ☺️♥️

   There will never ever be another president like Joe Biden: It is simply impossible for the USA to sink any lower than it already has.    I'm 68, and until recently we never mentioned who appointed a Supreme Court justice, because they followed the law. Now the Conservative justices rule for their religion , the law be damned

    This was in an age where law was respected by both parties; Richard Nixon was told, point-blank, by his own party, he would be impeached and convicted, so he resigned. The law and Constitution, as handled by a Supreme Court whose veracity was beyond reproach, were fully respected. No more. The Orange Loser mocks the law, the Constitution and the Court, which he sees only as a means to an end: his own power. The current President is trying to return to the old standard, but, as he notes "this is not a normal Court". That's an understatement.

    Mitch McConnell is on record as saying that appointment of Republican-nominated Justices on the SCOTUS are his "political capital", as he had declared on record at the time of his hastily appointing Amy Corey Barrett on the SCOTUS just 14 days prior to the 20 January 2021 transition of Presidential power to the incumbent POTUS Joe Biden!

    Don't believe any conservative who tells you that Mitch McConnell did nothing different than Democrats who previously filibustered or voted down Republican nominees. There was no hearing, no vote, and nothing to filibuster. It was a step beyond ANYTHING ever done before, and de-legitimized the whole process like nothing before it.

    Judge Corset has no standing in the court. He is only for show and noting of any great importance, except for the fact that he sold property and didn't report it like he should have. We are not surprised; we suspected his crime and now he is saluted with a sip of vinegar just like his other boyfriends on the court not to mention his family, "hey daddy, can we be just like you in crime; you’re really good at it dad".

    Feeling the same way. Thank you Lawrence O’Donnell for your words of wisdom & caring about crisis of faith because of the events recently decided by SCOTUS Republican appointed Justices. Keep the faith though knowing that our faith will carry us through this. Watching you in the evening is a big part of my day to learn the truth that these Justices cannot take away.
