‘Withering rejection’: Trump loses presidential immunity fight—twice in one day
Judge Chutkan rejected Trump’s motion to dismiss his criminal charges based on a claim of “presidential immunity” on the same day a federal appeals court ruled that the former president can be sued for inciting the insurrection.

Trump truly believes that when anyone else is president, they have only say, 70% more rights than any other American citizen. When He is president He has like 450% more rights than other citizens and at a level that nobody has ever seen before. When he stops being president, then those presidential rights go back to 70% for any other president. Those that surrounded him enabled him in this thinking!
