Trump legal argument blasted: ‘It can’t be the case that because you’re president you can kill’
Donald Trump’s presidential immunity appeal will be expedited at the special counsel’s request, as granted by the U.S. District court of appeals. That appeal will move forward as the Supreme Court considers whether it will hear the case. Trump’s legal team’s apparent argument for presidential immunity is slammed by legal expert Andrew Weissmann who tells Joy Reid, “It really cannot be the case that just because you are the president of the United States that you can kill somebody.”

Parents are giving up green card fights to get their kids out of immigrant jail: Marshall Project
In 2013, Ana Kikabidze was selected to receive a U.S. green card. When unforeseen circumstances hit she had to move back to her home country. When she came back to the U.S. in May with her children, the family was arrested and sent to the controversial detention center in Dilley, Texas. Kikabidze and a reporter for The Marshall Project, Lauren Villagran, join Peter Alexander to share more on her story.

Trump insists he is innocent, well if that is the case he would want to get the trial out of the way so he can get on with his election …… that is what you would think, but he does not want that, does that mean he is NOT innocent?
But if he is NOT innocent then he would want to use the election to claim he is being disadvantaged, the longer the better. If he gets elected he will try to disband the system with no finding made.

Translation we’re using the courts to try and circumvent voters rights to decide the President because democrats can’t allow a free and fair election. A person is allowed to defend themselves against litigation and be given enough time to adequately defend themselves under law.
