The problem is that those killed weren't the cartels or pushers. Those killed were poor drug users, the lowest on the totem pole. Duterte didn't take down the intricate drug cartels and corrupt politicians who were part of the cartels, However, he only killed poor drug users who had NO money, power, or privilege to fight him.

Duterte = Tough man with some flaws, but after all, the first philipin president that really cared for his country and fought to take back his country, but he did ungodly things in the way to achieve that goal.

"The current President is a son of a former Dictator"…. this kind of lies/ statements no longer resonate to Filipinos (thats why Marcos won in 2022) and only foreign press will bite on that and only foreign people will read this fictional book . FIlipinos will still elect a Duterte or a Marcos in the future.

Duterte is the absolute worst president in the history of the Philippines. He must be in any list of worst leaders in modern times. He gave away the Philippines to China. That is why the problem in the South China Sea which is fast becoming a flashpoint is what it is today. He presided over the killing of thousands of people whose number in his first year of his term alone is more than double those killed during the Martial Law years in the 1970s. He curtailed free press. The people were afraid to exercise their right to free speech. He cuddled corrupt government officials and the murderous police.

”SON OF A DICTATOR?.” REALLY, IS THERE A NEED TO SAY THIS? THAT DICTATOR’s NAME, SHE CALLED, HAVE BEEN MALIGNED AND DESTROYED EVERY DAY UNTIL NOW FOR “35YEARS+”. FROM THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA OWNED BY OLIGARCH, SELFISH ELITE, AND EVEN IN SCHOOL. BUT, THE PASSING OF WORDS, FROM THAT GENERATION, TO THE GENERATION OF TODAY, SAID THAT DICTATOR IS THE “BEST PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES”, HE LOVED HIS COUNTRY AND THE FILIPINOS VERY MUCH. WHEN “THEIR DICTATOR”, REFUSED TO OPEN THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT INSTALLED BY FORMER PRESIDENT MARCOS SR. JUST BECAUSE OF “CREDIT”, RESULTED IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE ELECTRICAL BILL IN THAT REGION OF ASIA. MANUFACTURING MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTRY RESULTED IN THE LOST OF JOBS. PLUS “THEIR DICTATOR AND ALLIES”, “FAILED” TO PROVE WRONG DOINGS OF THE MARCOS FAMILY FROM PHILIPPINE COURT AND FOREIGN COURT. FILIPINOS UNDERSTOOD CLEARLY. THE REASON PRESIDENT BONG-BONG MARCOS JR. WON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION BY A LANDSLIDE. THE FILIPINOS HAVE A BRILLIANT MIND AND A BRILLIANT HEART, BUT VERY FEW HAVE A BRILLIANT MIND AND A ROTTEN HEART.
