Yang orang luar lihat kemajuan Indonesia,mereka tidak tahu modal KCIC hasil utang dan KEBOHONGAN,di awal Presiden Jokowi menyatakan tidak akan pernah memakai APBN untuk KCIC tapi setelah anggaran membengkak Dia dengan sangat berani mengubah UU dan membolehkan pakai ABPN.
