Parents are giving up green card fights to get their kids out of immigrant jail: Marshall Project
In 2013, Ana Kikabidze was selected to receive a U.S. green card. When unforeseen circumstances hit she had to move back to her home country. When she came back to the U.S. in May with her children, the family was arrested and sent to the controversial detention center in Dilley, Texas. President Trump had already been following the protocols given him regarding Records he had authority to take home as a former President. He didn't pack his own boxes, someone else did and they followed given protocols. No Indictment is needed for a person who followed all given protocols. He used his Presidential authority just as all other Presidents prior to him have done.

Thanks Mr. Lawrence. Isn't this federal judge just showing the failed, fraud, 45th president that she will support him, even if it risks her appointment and judgeship? Her "delay"/denial of self recusal from adjudicating the former president who appointed her is clear violation of the explicit ethics role placing the condition of "even the appearance of conflicting interests" is basis for mandatory recusal.
I can only guess that the supervisory court that already chastised her is thinking that "well, his conviction under her will tell history

Why in the world is such a large case being presided over by not only an inexperienced judge, but one that has already tried to wreck the case??
