Clearly it was Baldwin that loaded the live round in the gun aimed it pulled to trigger and shot two people wounding one and murdering the one he intentionally meant to kill knowing he wouldn't be charged. Reasonable doubt.

As usual, the failed football players in feaux "law enforcement" have it completely wrong. Before they charge Alec and other people, they need to answer two simple questions: 1.) who brought live amunition onto the set? 2.) who loaded live amunition into the prop gun?

I know that Alec Baldwin would never ever in his whole life do any evil thing like but he what he said in the interview was he said that he never pulled the trigger at all and People need to all respect him even though it was an accident he is very very very sorry for that accident he would never do such a terrible thing like that and also I’m sorry for Halyna Hutchins lost she never deserved this she understood that Alec Baldwin didn’t mean to do it I know he has to face some charges but he don’t deserve and he said that someone who had no business over there put a bullet in the gun and somebody who did it should be in a lot of trouble and to everyone out there they need to feel sorry for Alec Baldwin too and Halyna Hutchins to Alec Baldwin your still a good actor no matter it was a very true accident and forget that terrible flashback and just let it fly by and never bring it up I understand you didn’t mean too So Your going to have a better life don’t forget that

you can tell he never meant for this to happen i wish the community had a say so and that we could comfort him (his fans ofc) its so sad!!!!! Everyone makes mistakes thats the thing about humans that people dont think about or care about, he made the mistake of keeping or not looking into the armorer that SOMEONE ELSE hired and i know he wishes with everything in his heart he would've/could've done something different to see her past or check the gun etc. All in all i think the armorer should be charged being she had drugs on her handed it to someone else, like why would you hand it over if you didn't have a roll in the situation they have no reason to search you or even pay attention to you in this case, tbh i think she did this and that she thought she was gonna be arrested for it that instant so to avoid the extra drug charge she gave it to another person ( which is pouring that risk onto them) meaning 1: she doesnt gaf about anyone but her and 2: was careless/doing drugs/ and being reckless. anyone that disagrees is just unaware of street knowledge and unaware of human nature caring enough for the people around you to make sure everyone is safe she dgaf about anyone around just the money she was making. this is just a theory by a 22yo but i think it's possible and likely

Alec accidents happen. You needed to have gun knowledge and to double check the gun thats the only shame you should feel. What actually happend was the person who is responsible for the props and the guns are at fault and should be looked into for criminal charges. One of the most talented actors career is at stake over some spiteful ass person.
