   Social media platforms should be charged and prosecuted under title 18 U.S.C. sections 241 conspiracy against rights and 242 deprivation of rights under color of law. The justice department should also be sued for aiding and abetting social media platforms violating American citizens free speech rights. The constitution says freedom of speech not freedom from speech.

   U.C.C. 1-308 all rights reserved with extreme prejudice Freedom of speech.

   If you have some investigative journalists , you might want to investigate THE FACTS/ the statistics about if there is caused more and more cases of thyroid gland cancer since year 2008 when Facebook started to censor the "not-empowered" civilian citizens …
   Who is the one in political administration somewhere in west world, owning the stocks in BigPharma and is beeing helped financially by Facebook's censorship ? WHO ? UN ? EU ?

   We need to stop others from ever having the ability to chip away at our constitution.

   Freedom of speech is not having a Court judge give jail time to anyone voicing an opinion no matter who it's directed at.

   Freedom of speech is not being arrested or fined for profanity. A non-respectful remark is part of our freedom of speech.

   The right to bear arms was not meant to be Infringed upon or challenged by unreasonable regulations that restrict the power of the people against future conflicts.

   Things have gotten so bad we actually allow Police officers to pull us over and take all the cash we may have and keep it, without any crime being committed, it’s called civil forfeiture/highway robbery and it's legal. 

   It was we the people that created this government to uphold our Constitution but we allow it to be twisted or totally disregarded. We need to prosecute any and all infringements on our Constitution.

    First off All the main Media, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook & etc was paid for by US Tax dollars initially making it a public media. 1st Amendment Rights do apply to these media companies who many originated in the USA company called the CIA and NSA and etc. Whomever says otherwise is bought off and needs to be imprisoned on the grounds of espionage and treason. That includes supreme court judges.
    On top of that when I signed up for all those media's it was promised to me that we had freedom of speech. They broke their contract to The People when they changed the rules later. From what I heard they still get government funding which means they are owned by The People not Suckerbird or whatever they are called. That makes them Public Media. 1st Amendment does apply that being the case, if they only get $1 tax funding by The People they are public media not private!

    If they were to block the ability for him or others to say things like that would it necessarily stop them from doing things? If he were to shoot up a kindergarten would it stop him if he wasn’t able to post it. If anything, I believe that it would be worse for people to block hime because then people wouldn’t be warned and people wouldn’t be able to potentially talk him out of it.

    This shouldn't even be in court. It's protected speech. If they make this illegal, this will change a great many things, and open doors to allowing even more of our freedoms to be shredded.

    As usual, CNN is sensationalizing things and trying to stir up trouble with the general population.

    Social media is only the medium, and you have the same restrictions on it that you have if you say them in person. 

    Your rights end where the rights of others begin.  They have the right to feel safe in their person, and making threats against citizens in the United States violates their rights.
