President Trump launched the U.S. into a new trade war with Canada, imposing 50% tariffs on $20 billion worth of Canadian goods. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Trump wants Canada to “negotiate in good faith.” In response, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said that Canada was at war with the U.S. and lamented that “America has changed” and promised “dollar for dollar” retaliation. MS NOW Senior White House Reporter Vaughn Hillyard provides more context on how Canada was “the top importer of American goods” prior to 2024. Protests form as some Ohio Haitians face ICE deadline today to surrender or wear ankle monitor
As hundreds of Ohioans take to the streets in an early morning protest, members of Springfield, Ohio’s Haitian community are contending with the end of TPS protections and possible deportation, with many facing a deadline of TODAY to turn themselves into ICE or choose to wear an ankle monitor while they wait for their fates to be worked out by the courts. A fine line it is. Big Pharma owns advertising revenue for comcast.nbc. this has to be a diversion. They think everyone but them, the advertisers, are stupid. They sign the pay checks for these pretty news readers.

If Big Pharma had there hands on it they would be making a big profit and then it would be o.k. But if it has no harm . Its o.k. to distribute it in some States . I think we did this before . It was called the prohibition days .

THE BOYS had a very short side story showing how a highly strung but basically decent young man was radicalised by 'anti-mutant' TV cable news reports
until he started suspecting the middle eastern clerk at his local 7-11 and, after just a few days, took an easily available pistol into the store and shot the terrified clerk in the face.
As soon as he saw the clerk bleed, then die, the young guy knew he'd made a mistake that he could never put right. He'd took a life and ruined his own life.
I know THE BOYS is fantasy fiction but, sometimes, they satirise modern society better than any cable news political talking head.

As soon as there are no more viral videos of black kids robbing stores, beating Asian and old people, shooting house parties, rioting down city streets.. for fox to show all day and night, there wont be scared old people. I totally agree that the fear is out of control just tell me why it's the fault of old white people and not the fault of absent black parents?

The "We The People" that Own, Operate, and Staff This "Shinning Beacon of Democracy and Freedom" have unfettered access to guns and extremely limited access to government. Florida; case in point.
