New surveillance footage sheds light on an ICE pursuit before the fatal shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston. The Department of Homeland Security says an officer opened fire in self defense after Salgado Araujo’s van rammed an ICE vehicle, but witnesses inside the van have disputed that.
