A federal judge indefinitely restored MS NOW, CNN, and POLITICO’s access to the White House after they were banned by President Donald Trump. The judge sided with the news organizations, writing that Trump’s ban likely violated both the First Amendment and the Fifth Amendment’s due process clause. The judge also rejected the administration’s national security justification, ruling in part that “Trump likely banned plaintiffs from the White House because he believes that their reporting is generally inaccurate and biased against him.” MS NOW legal affairs reporter Fallon Gallagher joined Way Too Early to discuss the ruling.

Maricopa County’s approved fraudulent 2020 mail-in ballot signatures
The Kari Lake trial is underway now after The Arizona Supreme Court remanded the “erroneous[ly]” dismissed signature verification fraud count back to Judge Peter Thompson for further review.
Thompson previously dismissed the lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans and obviously false trial testimony by County Elections officials in the December trial.

Second amendment “rights” have become hypocritical fetishes on the part of supporters without counterbalancing adult responsibilities! The focus on constitutional rights, absent adult responsibilities, makes all of us potential “collateral damage,” disposable in the interest of those adolescent adults whose need to gain greater masculinity at the expense of our school children! Criminal adolescents void of responsible adulthood!
