    All abortions will be made illegal. It is murder in all cases. And as for guns the very act of even trying to ban them will be treasonous with the the sentence that goes with that: hanging. What don't they understand about the word infringe. It is pretty plain to me. And to think that they swore to uphold the Constitution. Please resign or you will get arrested. It's about time.

    The issue with red flag laws is they are ripe for abuse. The police could come up with trumped up charges to instantly disarm people or your angry ex could say you are a threat to get back at you. The burden of proof is way too low and these laws are very much guilty until proven innocent

    Depending on how broad SCOTUS rules in this case it may end gun control as a whole. They very well could make the idea of permits unconstitutional and all states would have to have constitutional carry

    What if gun sellers are held liable if someone they sold the weapon to uses it in a crime. Then they will be really cautious about who they sell to, likely keeping many guns out of the hands of people who shouldn’t have them 🤷🏻‍♂️

    WE NEED TO TEST THIS THEORY… [More guns not restricting them, is the answer to safety and will virtually end lawlessness] A state , county or large city has to test the truth behind arming everyone deemed to be eligible, eliminating all gun free zones and gun restricted areas, businesses, public and private, recruit masses of people willing to receive firearm training and to be armed and organized, working with police and all local state and federal agencies, then mass advertising and signage that everyone in this community is armed and ready to stop threats. Criminals beware, we are ready for you if you dare! Then we can gather statistical data on crime, shootings etc, to prove MORE guns not restricting them, is the answer to safety and put a nail in the gun control coffin!
