   How do they think he did it. Say she was sleeping but she was up because the kids left for school bus. And the 4 year old study also puts them away. Amazing those cops so self righteous It’s an 11 yo!

    The freshly fired gun and residue on clothing is hugely telling as evidence. It just cannot be got around. It is uncomfortable that an 11 y.o did it but that is not reason to overturn it!!

    I’m so confused. How do people think the kid is innocent? The ex boyfriend was magically in the house in the morning when the daughter heard the gun shot? I can’t be asked. There’s no proof that says he didn’t do it. Only proof that he did

    The black car outside the home. Also, guns should be locked up. This caused the opportunity for someone outside the home to walk in to do this.

    Why do 11 year old children have access to guns even if they have been taught to shoot? Guns always need to be under lock and key and hidden from kids untill patents are supervising. Even hunters know this!!!!

    on the moment whit the thing there bin sayed by the police they failed realy hard. gun residu on his cloths where found but how old was that he wend to school the time and wen is she killed. then he she the foto and only say i see a muckshot whit such a convidence that i realy gonna doubt on that shitty police. there is to much what is still not uncoverd and take then just thew suspect. good job noobs whit your ring beard. wow look realy convidend.

    I didn't even know an 11-year-old could be sentence this long. Kids that young usually get a slap on the wrist. I feel he would have gotten less time if he was a girl.

    Hopefully you paid Jordan well for this interview and that he was eventually compensated for wrongful conviction. I googled and found that on average (and depending on the State in the USA), payment could average $50K (Federal Model) per year in prison. It is till very open ended with some States not awarding a single cent. I am sure you all know better than me (as I am not American but Australian) but I read that Jordan can also ask for a civil settlement which is about $300K per year spent in prison, however, it takes a long time (considering lawyers who want nothing but to fill up their own pockets too). Apart from monetary compensation, some States also give to the wrongfully convicted person, participation in a State health-care system, counseling, education, vocational training — sometimes even paying back accrued child support, as Colorado does. Sorry for the long rattling, I simply love research 😃
