Chinese government and lenders were not smart enough to give away free money at 2.5% fixed for the next 30 years like US. Wait a min – Somehow Chinese know it’s not smart to lend money at 2.5% rate for the next 30 years because the world is not ending in next 5 years. Also it creates a huge wealth gap in the society between the home owners and new TO BE home owners. At this point, I am lost and I don’t know who is smart anymore 😂. But I guess more shameful thing is creating wealth gap and controlling the fate of others.

We have been on a recession since the beginning of 2022, but big media and governments all over the world didn’t want to admit it. We need to be wise and use our brains. Knowledge is power and I’d like all the family to be powerful! I trade and hold profits, ROBERT RUSSEL DANIEL has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio to 9.5 BTC lately.

Privatize profits, socialize loss = corrupt, fraudulent, manipulated system, aka ponzi scheme. Time is getting closer to shutting down the debt based system and moving back to a gold standard. This bailout like the others is ridiculous. Ppl should be in jail. This central bank system will not end well

    Warning! Caution!
We must be very cautious before stating buying developer stocks. We must wait to see what will be implemented, and how it will be implemented.
Many developers have defaulted on their junk bonds (hundreds of billions $US).
I do not think that the CCP will fully reimburse the defaulted junk bonds.
We have recently seen several rumours. The CCP are mastermind of public opinion manipulation!
Timeout! Take the time to look at the big picture, and the amendments of the CCP constitution who were approved during the 20th party congress.

    🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤨🤨🤨

I need a journalist. I took out a second credit card to pay off the debt of my first credit card. I need someone to tell everyone it is a rescue package so I don't look like an idiot.

AI May Not Solve Demographic Decline

Published

on

Martha Gimbel, executive director and cofounder of the Budget Lab at Yale University, says artificial intelligence is unlikely to offset the economic challenges of an aging population, arguing the US is confronting two major transitions at the same time rather than one solving the other. She says AI could improve productivity in some areas, particularly by helping caregivers with physically demanding tasks, but questions whether consumers will embrace automation in roles where human interaction remains essential.
