With just over a week to go in the midterm elections, President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama both held rallies over the weekend as they stumped for their parties’ candidates.

In Michigan, Obama renewed criticism of the years of “chaos, and cruelty, and corruption” under Trump’s administration, echoing his earlier comments in Ohio.

Meanwhile, Trump appeared to acknowledge the headwinds facing Republicans in Georgia, telling supporters that a GOP Senate win there would be “somewhat of a shocker.”

CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten breaks down Obama’s favorability advantage over Trump. Also, CNN’s Arlette Saenz reports from Michigan and CNN’s Audie Cornish and her CNN This Morning “group chat” debate the effectiveness of Obama and Trump’s dueling messages ahead of the midterm elections.
