During an event announcing funding for coal plants, Trump seems to close his eyes as others are speaking. Morning Joe’s Jonathan Lemire calls the episode an almost “daily occurrence,” and points out that the White House is brushing off the allegations after fixating on former President Joe Biden appearing to fall asleep on the job.
