‘Arrest me’: California Gov. Newsom responds to Trump’s border czar threats

In an exclusive interview with NBC News’ Jacob Soboroff, California Governor #GavinNewsom addressed White House border czar #TomHoman’s threats of arrest. “Tom, arrest me. Let’s go,” Newsom said. The governor also plans to sue the #Trump administration over its deployment of the National Guard.
