MS NOW’s Stephanie Ruhle shares her take on Trump’s comments in a recent CNBC interview, where the president said he would “remember” the companies that do not seek refunds for the tariffs he unilaterally imposed, which the Supreme Court later ruled illegal.

It comes after his administration just debuted the tariff refund portal for importers to seek more than $160 billion in potential refunds.
