President Trump has made more stock trades than all members of Congress combined since returning to office. That’s according to a Bloomberg review of financial disclosures. Bloomberg reports that Trump and his money managers made more than 28,000 trades in the 17 months between his second inauguration and June of this year. That compares with about 22,000 trades reported by members of Congress. The numbers come as Republicans push a ban on congressional stock trading, but the legislation does not apply to the president. The Morning Joe panel discusses the latest reporting.

I fought insomnia for years & years. By my 50's, it was catching up with me & my health. By my 60's, i was in real trouble. Thankfully, in my 70's, & retired, it is only an occasional event. But, when it happens, I pay dearly ——–I am virtually useless all day. # 45 & I, are the same age. I cannot imagine 3-4 hours of poor sleep, every night. The man's brain is running on empty, & it WILL catch up to him. It will. ———-MJL< 77 y/o

In my opinion, Donald Trump's insomnia is most likely from the fact that he drinks Diet Coke constantly. Of course, his narcissism and psychopathic characteristics are problems from his own upbringing. No way that I would ever vote for such an unstable person. Just like Hitler's crowd, though, there are actually Far Right American Republicans who prefer to hold on to this would-be dictator and Democracy destroyer, and go down with a sinking ship. Trump loves Hitler, so I think his fate will be similar to Hitler's fate.

I hope that Mike Johnson is NOT and I repeat NOT the Speaker of the House on January 6, 2025. Constitutionally the 6th Of January is when the House meets to unseal the envelopes of the Electoral College 50 state vote count and then to certify that count. Mike Pense did the right thing, I'm afraid that Mike Johnson will do the wrong thing and send it back to the (I wouldn't put it past Donald Trump to repeat his mistake and error to create fake Electors to change the result once more). Hopefully, the Democrats regain control of the House in Nov 2024 and get sworn in and seated on January 3, 2025. So that a possible repeat of history, another insurrection. Mike Johnson was one of the 147 Republicans who participated in the 2021 insurrection. He should be read the 14th Amendment Section 3. He should have his position taken away from him.
