   This German asks for sanctions on China. Who in the world can sanction China ? In response China can sanction every country to the level they can not exist anymore. All equipment in the west comes from china. Every kitchen machine, all the computer parts. all iPhones and cameras, all car seats…… Nobody can really sanction China. This will only call revanche. It better to talk and talk continuously in a friendly manner, a basic in China culture. With hacked videos also the live of Uyghurs in camps and outside becomes more difficult. The German needs education in diplomacy !!!!

   I haven't seen anything of value, assuming the photos are real, it doesn't mean anything. What's wrong with police using force against some suspects? If you want to prove that China has committed genocide against The Uighurs, these so-called evidences are far from enough. I hope you will redouble your efforts to find hard evidence.

   I get why this video doesent get a lot of views, but to hear this news 15 DAYS after a video about proof of genocide being uploaded is … dissapointing? It sucks really … Id like to hear about proof of things that matter. In time a reasonaly short time that is.

The legacy of slavery in America manifests through an incredibly exploitative carceral system in which Black people are still heavily controlled and exploited to generate profit for private entities against their will. The system of prison labor in particular forces people to work in inhumane conditions in a way that mirrors the attributes of slavery in America. Slavery and anti-Blackness are deeply ingrained in American institutions, and prison labor is just one of the thinly veiled systems used to perpetuate it.

    – lands and dignity, AND would request the world powers to also look into the matters of Palestine, Kashmir, Yeman and Ukraine & other conflict zones and take immediate actions to punish the terrorist forces/army involved in killing innocent people and restore the peace. Love is the only way to rescue humanity from all ills …. so be kind, loving and peaceful.

    懲罰房と言われる部屋は、実際には存在しない。(但し、保護室と呼ばれる部屋は存在する・後述）刑務所内で被収容者の間で使われる隠語の一つである。

    実際は、いわゆる昼夜間単独室のことである。[要出典]居室の構造は、一般の単独室と基本的に同様である。刑務所内で反則行為を行った場合の懲罰受罰中に入れられる部屋で、他の被収容者の刑務所内における活動範囲から隔離された場所にあり、入れられる被収容者は静かに反省しながら過ごすことになる。なお、反則行為を行った際に被収容者（受刑者）は『調査隔離』の身分となるが、その際にも同様に昼夜間単独室での隔離収容となる。懲罰を受けることとなったとしても、部屋はそのままで受罰させることがほとんどである。

    その特殊性から、過剰収容下にあっても一部屋につき一人で、原則外には出られず、懲罰執行中は、他の被収容者とのコミュニケーションは一切なく、孤独な生活を強いられる。また、映画や漫画のように食事や睡眠時間などが減らされることはまずないが、一般の囚人に認められている読書や新聞、テレビ視聴、体操といった娯楽は禁じられ、宗教教誨を受けることや各種慰問行事等への参加さえすることができない。しかし、ここ最近の傾向としては、収容者数の増加によって昼夜間単独室が懲罰受罰者で満室となることが常態化していることから、本来1名で受罰する所を2名で収容し、受罰させることがほとんどの刑務所で行われており、受罰によるストレスや、狭い2名での収容からくる人間関係の悪化等により、受罰者同士の喧嘩や争論が後を絶たない。

    しかし、運動時間や入浴時間は週1回を下回らない範囲で保障されている。受罰中1回目の入浴は受罰言い渡しから起算して7日目で、運動はその翌日。2回目からは5日に1回入浴・運動が行われる。一般受刑者が入浴の日には、懲罰受罰中で入浴の相当日では無い者は、「拭身（しきしん）」と言って、バケツ1杯程の湯を渡されその湯を使って体を拭いたり、頭を洗ったりすることができる。拭身は、受罰という身分上から収容されている部屋の中で行われる。

    なお、「懲罰房に入る」と一口に言っても、被収容者の状態によりそれぞれ違いがある。例えば、何かと暴れる等、一定の要件を満たした被収容者は、特別な構造を持つ保護室に収容される。状況によっては第二種手錠やヘッドギア、拘束衣をかけられる。その際、水洗トイレはあるが、下着を脱いだり排便の後の始末といった作業が自分でできないことになるため、使用時間や使用方法は細かく規定されている。

    他には、網房（あみぼう）と受刑者間で呼ばれる特殊な舎房も存在し、本来普通の収容房としてある部屋のガラスに金網を貼りわたし、部屋の上に監視カメラを設置し、対象収容者を24時間体制で監視して収容する。

    左右の手を縛るだけでなく、両手をへその位置や背中で固定する革手錠は、法務省令の改正により廃止されている。
    　
    生産作業の中でも民間企業の製品を作らせる行為はILO条約が禁止する強制労働に当たるとの批判がある[8]。 ILO条約である「強制労働に関する条約」第4条[9]では、権限ある機関が私人、会社、団体の利益のために強制労働を課したり、課すことを許すことを禁止したりしていることを理由とする。

    諸外国では、民間企業の製品を作らせる行為は労働者の雇用を奪い、一般向けに製品を作らせる行為は民業圧迫になるとも考えられており、刑務作業で作られた製品は官庁向けに限定している国もある[10]。

    また、作業報奨金は作業を行った受刑者に対して、釈放の際にその時における報奨金計算額に相当する金額の作業報奨金を支給するものとされている。労働の対価とは考えられておらず、2017年度では1人当たり月平均約4,340円となっている[11]。これは刑罰の内容としての労働については対価という概念を想定し得ないことによるが、作業報奨金は出所直後の生活基盤となる資金でもあることから、矯正効果の向上や再犯防止の観点から増額を期待する意見もある。

    刑務作業は景気の変動に左右されやすく、不況になると民間企業からの受注が減り、作業を満足に実施できないことがある[12]。

    短期の懲役刑（6か月程度）では、受刑者に施設内処遇者というレッテルを貼られることによるデメリットが、懲役期間中の教育効果を上回るのではないかともいわれており、出所後の再犯率が高いことから教育刑としての効果が認められないのではないかとの指摘もある。また、雑居房で収容される刑務所が多いことから、犯罪者同士の交流を誘発（悪風感染）して教育上逆効果になると言う指摘もある。

    元・刑務官の坂本敏夫も1965年（昭和40年）頃、受刑者が一般の工場で働く構外作業が廃止されたことを例に挙げ、責任回避のために事故を起こさないことが刑務官の目標となり、受刑者は技術を身につけられず、社会復帰ができなくなったと指摘している[13]。

    With all the persecutions and genocide accuses there are stiil over 11 million Uyghurs in Xinjiang compared with 2 million Red Indians in America. China brings highways and high speed ras to Africa. America brought slavery. Who does a better job at persecution and genocide when compared in restrospect

    I thought there is massive incarceration of Uyghurs in internment camps, as Uyghur activists, think tanks, Uyghur Tribunal, and scholars including Mr Zenz himself have claimed a number ranging 900k to 1.8 million Uyghurs being held captive in Xinjiang.

    So, does this so-called leaked evidence indeed debunk the massive incarceration claims and instead support the internment of a mere minority group of radicalized (+2800) that is a threat to the community.

    We have seen photos of worse human rights abuse of prisoners in Guatemala and in wars instigated by the West in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.

    Why bother and making hue and cry when there is OIC and country like Pakistan who are habitually raise such issues at UN.Of course no and never if it is related to China. Once someone asked at interview the then P M of Pakistan about atrocities of Ughir Muslims in China his reply was nobody told me .The fact is that they find Democratic Western World and India easier and safe to interfere in internal matters.
