This is Stupid. I’m an Asian if I know that I can’t get into Harvard then I’m not going to apply there! There’s plenty of instate colleges that aren’t expensive! The reason you are not getting in bc you are not working hard period! Don’t use race as a gateway!

what’s disturbing about this is how it’s pitting Asians against Blacks who are both over represented and underrepresented respectively at these PWI and legacy schools.
In most IVY league schools, there’s an over representation of White students as a percentage of the country’s population… The Black and Brown population is < 5% in most instances.. the Asian population is also over represented as related to their population.. yet the fight was over the low hanging fruit.. the under represented Black and Brown populations that will see the biggest impact of this decision. In the end, they will be affected most and the Whites will be affected the least.. in essence the Asians were used to do the work of some White people to reduce Black and Brown populations at their institutions… it’s very chess like

Watch Thomas Sowell – 93 year old former Communist black American who grew up in Harlem and Harvard alum explain why it will be a huge benefit to many black students who have been let in to Harvard but don't have the test scores and are not used to the rigor and end up dropping out and will now instead go to other excellent schools where they will excel and be successful. SMH. Or Amala Ekpunobi talk about how she now worries being a former leftist that she didn't really earn her way to where she is and lacks confidence because of it.

This group "students for Fair Admission" is lead by a white dude that clearly has mommy and daddy issues and is seeking validation in a very messed up way. Pay attention to this person and just watch him as his emotional issues begin to materialize. Classic boarderline personality disoder.

‘A Cursed Era’: Anand Giridharadas on When Jordan Neely and Daniel Penny Met on a NYC Subway

Published

on

By

In 2023, a former Marine strangled a homeless Michael Jackson impersonator to death on a New York City subway. The story became national news, as Americans chose sides, either demanding justice for another Black man’s death at the hands of a white man or defending the actions of a former soldier who said he believed he was protecting the car’s passengers. Anand Giridharadas chronicled this deadly chapter in American history and its aftermath in his latest book Man in the Mirror. He dissects the divisions that have been spreading in the country in this – as he calls it – age of estrangement. “In a case about dehumanization,” he says. “I wanted to humanize everybody. ”

Mary McCord and Andrew Weissmann break down the epic Jack Smith hearing before a Senate committee and specifically GOP Senator Eric Schmitt’s faceplant in real time. They talk about what this moment revealed about the entire process with Smith and why it felt like “watching “an SNL skit happen in real time.”

In this episode you will also see:
* Inside two Supreme Court cases that could dramatically alter the lives of hundred of thousands of people caught up in Trump’s mass deportation agenda and why Mary calls it all “a hot mess.”
* What Weissmann calls “ass backwards” about the Supreme Court and the Department of Justice.
* The Trump administration is blocked from firing court-appointed prosecutors after a Washington U.S. attorney takes them to court when he was fired immediately after being appointed to the role.
* Andrew and Mary have “reflections on the Reflecting Pool” disaster.
* The “Broadview Six” prosecutors face legal scrutiny over their conduct in the investigation.
