It's simple…STOP DUMPING FRESH WATER INTO THE OCEAN. I thought californians were supposed to be smart. I guess if they were they'd leave California.

  10. @podskizee

    December 18, 2023 at 10:13 am

Fact: California is the only place in the world that knowingly lets our fresh water in our reservoirs run straight into the ocean for “environmental” reasons.

Who ever reads this take notes this is why we are loosing so much water it is due to the fact America need to use more bio oil instead of drilling machines and another reason is because sientice have build a machine to control the climate this is what happens when someone interfere with God Work https://youtu.be/5goFKJMAySQ

    December 18, 2023 at 10:13 am

Yes we should stop farms from wasting water so we can let the water flow into the pacific

doesnt matter if we waste water. We could donate hundred of billion of dollars to Ukraine for war. Water is not that expensive 😂

  14. @garymcmullin2292

    December 18, 2023 at 10:13 am

the impact of agriculture is connected to free enterprise, capitalism, and development of unlimited water resources for agriculture costing the agriculture community only a fraction of the cost of that water. Producing food and fiber has gone beyond just feeding the nation, it is an unlimited international business for profit. Cheap water, abundant land, Political backing makes it all possible.

internet smart valve , people would be paying more in technology and their maintenance than the money will be earned through the yield of crop

These systems that are going to “save” farmers are absurdly expensive. One moisture sensor from these guys costs over $1000.

California has been in Drought for last 20 years REGARDLESS of the state of ly saying since 2020. Farmers planting Avocado for example, take up huge amounts of water, and over water it. It's california!!!California!!!! Use drought plants.

Western farms & ranches use sprinklers which throw water up into the air & a lot of it evaporates. They are throwing away Federal tax dollar support, aka, my tax dollars & yours.

It's not "impact" and "impacting", but effect and affecting. I know that education is quite putrid in the US, but seriously, even journalists? Is anyone going to school anymore?
