My respect and admiration for Lawrence's outspokeness of Trump's and his cohorts criminalities, such as their egregious acts of support to hate groups are commendable.

    It's not like Trump didn't know that what he was doing OR what he did at the time was a crime. Technically, Trump preparation would have begun with the (Trump's) decision to commit the crime and the rationale for doing so, at least 3 years, 1 month, and 27 days ago. He should have been prepared.

    Trump just jeered Biden for taking 2-1/2 years to bring this J6 case against him; and Alina Haba said that Trump is so brilliant that he needs NO prep time. Seems like the November 2023 should be considered. Any appeal must begin by the March2024 date.

    The expression “ to move up the date” could infer earlier or later, depending upon interpretation. Please alter that phrase, saying something like “The trial will begin a month earlier each time that Trump breaks the laws of which he has been both informed about and warned.” Trump agreed to those terms of release from what would otherwise have been pre-trial lock-up for threatening jurors, judges, and witnesses.

    Trump's attorneys can go to any public library. There has been sufficient time for authors to research All of the events surrounding January 6th, write books and get them published. Thesd books have become essentially "The Dummies Guide for Prosecuting Trump". If the attorneys still feel confused, I'm certain that Trump is quite capable of providing tutoring lessons on what he did and who assisted him. Meanwhile, they have just managed to make themselves sound foolish.

    American Voters: How can you support politicians who support the continuation of gun violence?! It's very simple: Remove gun access from people deemed unstable. The folks who use guns reasonably… fine, let them own and carry (but shootings by this demographic WILL come back to haunt you); this seems to be what Americans want. But the cray-cray need to have a nay-nay.

    Is there no way to video tape the trial and show it at a later date? It seems like the footage would be invaluable for the court records and for the public to see exactly how the people involved acted, etc. Keep it from the public for, say, a year? 5 years? Maybe tape it secretly so Dump won't perform for the camera? It just seems so important for the citizens to see this incredibly notable historic trial.
