I was going to ask why Marie Kondo was on the news, but I take it back. I think it’s important for people to realise that being tidy can be good for your mental health, but so can giving yourself a break. It’s meant to make you appreciate what you have & the simplify your life, not take your life over & give you more stress.
Be kind to yourself & others ❤
I live in a dump & give myself a hard time for it 😂 This advice is as much for me as anyone else ❤
