Honestly if the SCOTUS finds that it can better judge the safety of a drug than the FDA it will be even MORE outrageous than overturning Roe last year.

When a judges actions go against common sense care, it's time to just plain ignore the judges ruling. Business as usual, F that judge, just do it. I'm so sick of bible thumpers.

This will not require Supreme Court action. Before then, parties nationwide can go to court, racking up favorable rulings. Among district court rulings, given a split in rulings, the more carefully reasoned, meticulously crafted district court opinions are followed. Kacsmaryk's opinion may prove indefensible in the Fifth Circuit on appeal.

14 days to midterms: Tur interviews Talarico, Vivek’s ad gets BACKLASH | MS NOW Highlights

Published

With just two weeks to go until the midterm election, Texas Democratic Senate Candidate James Talarico spoke with Katy Tur in Fort Worth to share his final pitch to voters, what he would say to his Republican opponent Ken Paxton, and his goals for the Senate if he is elected. Jen Psaki shows how Republican candidates like Ken Paxton and Mike Rogers have resorted to dirty tricks for lack of substance to run on, with the stand out example being Vivek Ramaswamy, who released an ad featuring the estranged mother of his opponent Dr. Amy Acton. “That ad is truly one of the most despicable things I have seen in politics,” says Chris Hayes of the Vivek Ramaswamy-backed attack ad featuring Amy Acton’s estranged mother, who Acton hasn’t spoken to since 1978 after a childhood marked by sexual abuse. According to new reporting from ProPublica, Trump appointees at the Department of Homeland Security wanted the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to hack a voting machine and “report back the findings so they could be given to the White House,” shocking agency staffers. Nicolle Wallace is joined by Andy Mannix, bylined on this story, and Marc Elias for discussion on Deadline: White House. Co-host of MS NOW’s “The Weekend” Eugene Daniels, MS NOW Political Director Shawna Thomas and Investigative Reporter for the Austin American-Statesman Tony Plohetski join Katy Tur live from Austin, Texas to share their outlook for the Lone Star State in November.

MS NOW reacts to Trump-Musk finger pointing after Ukraine’s satellite slowdown | COMPILATION

Published

By

Donald Trump and Elon Musk are passing blame back and forth for a disruption in the Starshield service that Ukraine relies on in running operations to defend itself from Russia’s war. The Washington Post reports the White House is holding up the transfer of Patriot missiles to Ukraine on the same day a new report in the Wall Street Journal reveals Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of a military-grade version of Starlink relied on by Ukraine, resulting in confusion from Kyiv to Washington, D.C. Plus, Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that discussions are underway about a summit with President Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine — but Ukrainian President Zelenskyy would not be included.
