A separate incident in Las Vegas involved a Tesla Cybertruck explosion outside President-elect Trump’s hotel, with the CEO of Tesla suggesting it could be an act of terrorism and possibly linked to the New Orleans attack. Bulgaria Election: Rumen Radev Extends Lead Ahead of Vote

An opinion poll shows former Bulgarian President Rumen Radev extended his lead before Sunday’s snap parliamentary election. His party, Progressive Bulgaria, has the backing of 30.8% of decided voters, according to survey by the Market Links pollster and the private bTV channel. Radev resigned from the presidency in January in order to enter the election. He has often criticized the European Union and urged the bloc to restore its ties to Russia. Bloomberg TV Bulgaria’s Georgi Mesrobovich reports.
