‘Ballroom all over again’: Dems have questions about Trump’s new arch
The top Democrat on the House Natural Resources Committee is accusing Interior Secretary Doug Burgum of — at the very least — coming “pretty damn close” to perjuring himself before Congress about Trump’s proposed memorial arch.
Interior Secretary Doug Burgum testified Wednesday that there was no final action on the new arch. The next day, there was evidence that things had moved beyond a “discussion” phase.

BREAKING: 3 killed at San Diego mosque shooting, police say 2 suspects also dead
At least three people and two suspects are dead following a shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego.
San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl said at a press conference that officers found three dead victims outside the center after responding to reports of an active shooter. Wahl said the two suspected shooters — identified as teenage boys ages 17 and 19 — also died from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
