http://www.FashionTV.com/videos PARIS – After years desiging for Dior, designer Bill Gayten is now in full focus on the John Galliano label, where he has devoted all his attention to creating a new future for the brand. Gayten presented his Spring/Summer 2013 collection during Paris Fashion Week which featured folds on folds, large volumes and heavyweight cotton. The designer did not back away from black or drama, thatÂs for sure. Models walked down the runway in origami like pieces, most of them floating away from the body. One of the key pieces of the evening was a lilac draped dress, emphasising perfect restraint and drama. Extended coats looked sweet and feminine, oversized kimonos added that extra oomph and solid shades such as black, white, red, baby pink and lime yellow all created a breath of fresh air for the brand. Gayten worked his collection through Japanese touches and influence. The collection also consisted of black bandeaus, urban embroidery, wide trousers and angular hemlines. While it may be hard to picture many of these pieces on the street, there are plenty of Hollywood stunners who could flaunt it!
